True-quality failed to correctly establish a grade in a shared swale. The swale has a low point in the middle of the yard allowing water to pool at that spot. When we brought up the grading issue to Glenn he replied with a very long and abusive/insulting email. 1 star review for the abusive/insulting email
True Quality was excellent! I had them complete the topsoil and final grade on my new home in west Edmonton. They scheduled me in within a few days and had the work completed on the day promised. Could not ask for better service. The quality of work was perfect! Our final grade looks fantastic and the neighbors and contractors in the area even comment how good it looks! Based on the awesome job they did, we have asked them to come back and do the sod and landscaping!
Hired Glenn and his crew to do are final grade recently. They did a great job and Glenn was very good at answering all my questions before during and even after the work was done. I will definitely be recommending this landscaping company to my neighbors.
My Husband and I purchased a new home in Chappelle Gardens and contracted True Quality Contracting to complete our final grade, and install our trees, shrubs, sod, and rock. We were delighted to have the project take less than two days from start to finish, with amazing results. Final grade was approved within a week or two after they finished. We live in Upper Windermere, and just wanted to post a comment about Glenn and his crew. The crew and Glen were great, and did a fantastic job on our final grade and landscaping at our new property. We had some rough grade errors, and they fixed them before getting started on our final. The crew was great at cleaning up the street after the job as well, and our approval from the City came within 2 weeks of completion!! We would highly recommend True Quality Contracting!! I just needed to comment on the behaviour of Glenn, the owner of this company. We called him about a problem with our sod and he proceeded to tell my husband to shut up, yell, curse and tell him that HE (Glenn) was the boss. I can see that this company prides itself on its good reputation; however, it says a lot about them if this is the way the owner reacts when a problem does arise.
Horrible Avoid!!! Mr Glenn Katz is not professional, we got a problems in our sods and called him, which he accused us to be in fault by not watering enough. the surprising thing he yells, curse and cut me off when trying explaining the problem, he even told me to shut the F*&* up and listen and that he is the boss , the problems were 1- Sod was dead from the second day despite watering it for 30 min 3 times a day and soil started sinking 2-grades is not done correctly to the lot line
My 2 neighbors and I had plans to landscape together 3 weeks ago, but slowly it all fell apart with rough grade approvals and such. With 3 small children and a dog, we weren't waiting for another 4-6 weeks.With several quotes including pricing and timelines, they were either in our price range but dates were in the fall, or immediate availability that would break our bank. Glenn delivered a fair price and timelines. He was professional and helpful. Great Job Glenn and team!
I contacted several landscaping companies in June 2014 to see who could fully landscape the front and backyard of our new house. Glenn at True Quality got back to me very quickly and provided a very fair quote. He scheduled us in within two weeks of my first email and had our top soil, grass, trees, shrubs and rocks all complete within 2 days. I highly recommend True Quality for all landscaping needs!
