I received data recovery services & purchased a used computer on Jan 3. The next day I began experiencing many setup, configuration & software problems. The subcontractor could not/would not fix the issues. I also discovered the used computer and its various components were 5-7 years older than I had been told. I repeatedly requested a refund, communicating via text, email & online chat, but my last 4 communications were ignored. Obviously Tech!Espresso has no plans to honour the 60-day warranty

The problem with my iMac was that it would run for awhile and then turn off. Dust had built up inside. The technician came and repaired the computer at their shop then returned it, but the next day the screen fell off and hit the floor thereby smashing. It seems that they used old tape to re-attach the monitor. The bottom line is that I started with an iMac that worked, though overheated after while, and now I have no iMac that runs at all.
Excellent computer repair and customer service from this company. Definitely the best place I have ever used for repairing my computer in Calgary. The tech was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. The price was even less than what I was originally quoted.
