I was scared after reading these comments, scared of walking into
Attitude-o-Rama. Needlessly! The owner is lovely and exceedingly gracious, the staff friendly and charming. Great selection of cool shoes, good price points, and an all-around fun, lively shop! Advice to the vexed: stop being passive aggressive trolls, and just talk to any of these charming people, especially if you feel left out/overlooked. This is a person's business, and from what I saw today, she is passionate about it, and her very fine staff.
I double checked at the cash before purchase as to whether or not the visible wear on the bottom of the shoes would be a problem if I exchanged them. She dismissed it as "instore wear" and said it wouldn't be a problem. I came to exchange them on the Sunday, manager told me they wouldn't exchange them because of that same wear. No exchange, no response and my polite complaint on their facebook page was deleted. If this was a legitimate business, they would respond responsibly, not hide and deny.
Favourite shoe store in Toronto. Everything from the best high quality leather flats to unique heels you won't find anywhere else. I don't go in there unless I have some money to spend, because I never leave there empty-handed.
